MADURAI PRESENTS
Fundraising for Coeliac UK
For Coeliac Awareness Month
One in 100 people in the UK has coeliac disease. Only 36% know they have it.
Coeliac disease is an autoimmune condition triggered by gluten. When someone with coeliac disease eats gluten, their immune system attacks their gut. The only treatment is a strict gluten-free diet for life. That means reading every label, questioning every ingredient, and navigating a food system not built for you.
Coeliac UK funds research, campaigns for better labelling, accredits safe venues, and supports newly diagnosed people. Their work is funded entirely by donations.

64 for the 64%
In the UK 64% of people with coeliac disease are undiagnosed. Coeliac UK’s 64 Challenge is changing that.
